Payra is an ERP-native payments and accounts receivable automation platform purpose-built for construction, distribution, and building materials companies. We operate inside the accounting systems our customers already use, replacing manual collections work with automated AR workflows, embedded payments, and real-time cash application. We’ve grown rapidly and we’re scaling the GTM engine that will carry us through our next phase.
The Role
The Head of Sales Development owns the top of our go-to-market funnel. You’ll build, hire, and lead the BDR/SDR team that generates qualified pipeline for our AEs, shape the outbound motion across our target verticals. This is a hands-on builder role. You’ll put the foundation in place, hire the team that executes against it, and scale it into a repeatable machine. You’ll partner closely with our CRO on the entire GTM.
