The Role
We are hiring a Head of Product Development to lead the execution and delivery of new products across the business. This is a hands-on role focused on speed, ownership, and execution. You will be responsible for taking product concepts and turning them into finished, production-ready products on aggressive timelines. You will work closely with the founder and leadership team to bring new products to market quickly, efficiently, and at high quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product development process from concept through production
- Translate product direction into clear development plans, timelines, and deliverables
- Source and manage manufacturers, suppliers, and development partners
- Lead product development across a range of product formats, including both consumable and non-consumable products, with varying manufacturing and supply chain requirements
- Manage sampling, iteration, and refinement to ensure products meet quality and performance expectations
- Oversee packaging, materials, and production specifications
- Ensure all products meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards
- Optimize for speed to market, cost efficiency, and scalability

- Development cycles are efficient, repeatable, and continuously improving
- Strong relationships are built with high-quality suppliers and manufacturers

Qualifications
- Proven experience developing and launching physical products from concept to production
- Strong network of manufacturers, suppliers, and development partners
- Experience working across multiple product formats (consumables, personal care, or CPG preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple product timelines simultaneously
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to execute under pressure
