The Mission: NYC
New York is the heart of global retail and it is currently paying a massive “Manual Tax.” Your job is to lead the charge in Manhattan and Brooklyn, identifying retailers who have outgrown their stacks and are ready for Mechanical Maturity. You won’t be selling “software”; you will be selling the Opportunity Cost of inaction.
The Mechanics: Zero Cold Prospecting
We do not believe in wasting elite talent on manual “grind.”
- Appointments Provided: Your calendar is populated autonomously by our lead-generation engine. Every meeting is pre-qualified; you step into the conversation at the point of intent.
- Consultative Closing: Your role is to guide the retailer through the “Data Maturity” roadmap, moving them from manual chaos to autonomous precision.
- Direct Reporting: You will work directly with the Global Leadership team to refine the NYC market-entry strategy.
The Profile
- The Master Closer: You thrive in the “Final Yard.” You are at your best when the table is set, the CEO is waiting, and the objective is to demonstrate the mechanical advantage of autonomy.
- Market Sophistication: You understand that 2026 is the year of the “Agent.” You can speak fluently about AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and the 1-to-1 retail journey.
- Network Authority: You have the gravitas to talk to founders and CEOs without “selling,” instead diagnosing their structural leaks.
Compensation & Performance Equity
- Base Salary: $160,000 – $190,000 (Based on experience and network authority).
- Commission: Uncapped OTE (On-Target Earnings) of $280,000+ through a structure tied to realized revenue outcomes.
- Benefits: Premium Health/Dental/Vision, 401(k) with 5% matching, and a results-only “Autonomous” PTO policy.
