We are entering a critical phase of MVP launch, commercialization, validation, and scale. You will help launch the system, onboard customers, and scale the architecture for growth.

Responsibilities and Duties:

·       design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications

·       build AI-native workflows leveraging LLMs, search, retrieval, and intelligence systems

·       design and maintain APIs, data models, integrations, and supporting services

·       optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and operating costs

·       contribute to architecture, technical direction, and engineering standards

·       support technical diligence, commercialization efforts, and fundraising activities

·       recruit, evaluate, and onboard engineering resources upon growth

Required:

·       building and shipping production software in startup or growth environments

·       AI development tools (Cursor, Claude, OpenAI, Replit, Vercel)

·       modern web applications (Node.js, React.js, TypeScript, Python)

·       AWS cloud infrastructure, deployment, and production operations

·       AI/ML technologies particularly LLMs

·       database systems (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.)

Preferred:

·       AI/ML and LLM frameworks (LangChain, HuggingFace, RAG)

·       state management libraries (Redux, MobX)

·       search, retrieval, ranking, recommendation systems (ElasticSearch, OpenSearch, SOLR)

·       containerization, micro-services, messaging and event-driven architecture

·       CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

·       domain knowledge of private equity and enterprise SaaS
