What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading business development across biotech, pharma, and academic clients
- Managing the full sales pipeline from lead to close
- Overseeing strategic initiatives across marketing, pricing, and customer retention
- Collaborating with R&D, quality, and manufacturing to deliver aligned proposals
- Representing the company at global conferences and industry events
About You
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in the life sciences or business.
- Deep knowledge of cell/gene therapy workflows
- 10–15 years in business development or commercial leadership in biotech/life sciences
- Track record of closing complex, high-value deals and managing commercial teams
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on execution style and excellent cross-functional skills
