About the Opportunity

We’re partnering with a high-growth, venture-backed consumer brand that is rapidly expanding its retail footprint and building a passionate consumer following. As the company enters its next phase of growth, we’re seeking a Head of Brand & Social to lead brand storytelling, social strategy, creator partnerships, and community engagement.

This is a highly visible leadership role for someone who understands how modern consumer brands build relevance, create conversation, and turn attention into lasting brand equity.

The Role

The Head of Brand & Social will own the brand’s voice, social presence, and consumer-facing storytelling strategy. This person will lead the development of content, creator partnerships, community engagement, and brand activations that drive awareness, affinity, and cultural relevance.

Working closely with company leadership, this individual will help shape how the brand shows up in the world and build the systems that keep consumers engaged across digital and physical touchpoints.

What You’ll Do

• Own and evolve the brand strategy, voice, and consumer-facing narrative
• Lead social media strategy and execution across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms
• Build and manage a high-performing content engine that consistently delivers engaging, on-brand content
• Develop and scale influencer, creator, and ambassador partnerships
• Create and execute brand campaigns, launches, activations, and experiential moments that generate buzz and consumer engagement
• Foster and grow an engaged consumer community across owned and earned channels
• Partner with retail, sales, and leadership teams to align brand initiatives with broader business objectives
• Monitor cultural trends and identify opportunities to keep the brand relevant and differentiated
• Track and analyze key brand and social performance metrics to optimize impact

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, social media, influencer marketing, or related consumer marketing functions
• Experience building or scaling a consumer brand with a strong social presence and engaged community
• Deep understanding of social platforms, content creation, creator ecosystems, and emerging consumer trends
• Strong creative instincts paired with an ability to execute quickly and efficiently
• Experience managing agencies, freelancers, creators, or in-house content teams
• Ability to balance long-term brand building with near-term business goals
• Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Experience within food & beverage, wellness, beauty, lifestyle, or adjacent consumer categories is strongly preferred
