We’re Hiring Head – B2B Sales for our Client dealing in foods in Guar Gum
We are seeking a highly experienced Business Development Leader to drive growth across the United States market for a global organization in the specialty ingredients.This is a fully remote (Work From Home) role and an Individual Contributor (IC) position with high ownership and autonomy.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive revenue growth, market penetration, and strategic partnerships across the USDevelop business across food, pharma, oilfield, and industrial segmentsExpand within private label ecosystems by working closely with contract manufacturers and product development partnersDrive ingredient adoption across food manufacturers, processors, and co-packers supplying to major retail chainsManage long sales cycles, key accounts, and contract negotiationsEnsure compliance with US FDA regulations, labeling standards, and retail-specific requirementsCollaborate with R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to deliver customer-specific solutionsManage intercompany trade and transfer pricing , ensuring cost optimization and complianceOptimize landed cost (product, logistics, duties) and coordinate with warehousing and distribution partners in the USTrack market trends, competitor activity, and identify new growth opportunities
Network and Market Expectations:Strong network within US food manufacturers, ingredient buyers, and contract manufacturersExperience working within private label supply chains supporting large retail ecosystems (e.g., suppliers to Walmart, Costco, Kroger)Ability to influence product formulation and sourcing decisions
Ideal Candidate Profile:10–15 years of experience in food ingredients, hydrocolloids, specialty chemicals, or commoditiesOR private label / FMCG B2B salesStrong understanding of US market dynamics and regulatory landscapeExperience in cross-border operations (India–US preferred)Ability to work independently in a remote setup with high accountabilityStrong commercial acumen, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsProven track record of driving revenue growth
