Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Guest Experience Specialist located in Clifton, NJ. The Guest Experience Specialist will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by assisting guests with inquiries, ensuring their satisfaction, and responding to concerns in a professional and courteous manner. The role involves managing customer interactions via phone and in person, maintaining a welcoming environment, and coordinating appointments with efficiency. Additional responsibilities include providing detailed information about services and products while maintaining a guest-focused approach to ensure an outstanding experience.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Support and Customer Service, ensuring a positive and seamless guest journey
• Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience, with a focus on understanding and addressing guest needs
• Excellent Phone Etiquette and effective communication skills to handle inquiries and interactions
• Ability to multitask, remain organized, and manage appointments and schedules efficiently
• Positive attitude, empathetic demeanor, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service
• Prior experience in the wellness, beauty, or hospitality industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service or related fields are advantageous
