Growth & Strategic Partnerships Lead Full Time

SOLEO Wellness is a maternal mental health and wellness center dedicated to supporting women throughout pregnancy, postpartum, and early motherhood. Through therapy, specialized day treatment, support groups, medication management, and integrative wellness services, we provide compassionate, evidence-based care for mothers and families across Massachusetts.

Our mission is simple: motherhood was never meant to be done alone.

This is a full-time remote role for a Growth & Strategic Partnerships Lead based in Massachusetts, with flexibility for remote work. The role is focused on building relationships, expanding referral partnerships, and increasing awareness of SOLEO’s services throughout the state.

The ideal candidate will lead outreach efforts with healthcare providers, hospitals, OB/GYN practices, therapy groups, community organizations, and other referral partners. They will identify growth opportunities, cultivate strategic relationships, coordinate educational presentations and networking opportunities, and help position SOLEO as a trusted maternal mental health resource.

This is a highly relational role that requires local travel throughout Massachusetts for meetings, events, and outreach activities.

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Ability to develop and maintain professional partnerships
• Self-motivated, proactive, and highly organized
• Comfortable networking, conducting outreach, and representing an organization externally
• Experience in business development, healthcare outreach, provider relations, recruiting, partnerships, sales, or client-facing roles is preferred but not required
• Passion for maternal mental health and supporting families
• Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with leadership
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
