The platform integrates skip tracing, distress scoring, deal analysis, outreach automation, and disposition tools, replacing the multiple subscriptions most investors maintain across disconnected software. FlipOps uses a proprietary distress scoring algorithm to rank motivated sellers and applies machine learning to surface high-priority opportunities based on property data, seller signals, and market conditions.

Role Description

The Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving user acquisition and platform adoption among real estate investors. This role requires an understanding of how investors discover, evaluate, and adopt new software — a process that typically involves peer recommendations, community validation, and hands-on trial rather than traditional SaaS marketing funnels. The position sits at the intersection of product marketing, demand generation, and community engagement within the real estate investing space.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute acquisition campaigns targeting wholesalers, flippers, and BRRRR investors across paid channels, organic content, community marketing, and partnership programs
• Build and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms where investors spend time: Facebook (REI groups), YouTube (investor education content), Google (tool comparison searches), and Instagram
• Create content strategies that address specific investor pain points — fragmented tool stacks, skip tracing costs, pipeline management, follow-up systems — and position FlipOps as the solution through blog posts, video scripts, and social content
• Design and optimize the user onboarding funnel from ad click through trial activation, measuring drop-off points and improving conversion at each stage
• Develop referral and affiliate programs tailored to the investor community, where word-of-mouth and peer endorsement drive the majority of software adoption decisions
• Build competitive positioning content that compares FlipOps against tools investors currently use: PropStream, BatchLeads, REsimpli, InvestorFuse, Podio, DealMachine, and Privy
• Manage event marketing presence at REI meetups, conferences, masterminds, and online summits, including booth strategy, speaking opportunities, and post-event follow-up sequences
• Track and report on growth metrics: CAC by channel, trial-to-paid conversion rate, activation milestones, payback period, and LTV by investor segment (wholesaler vs. flipper vs. BRRRR)

• You’ve run growth or demand generation for a SaaS product targeting real estate professionals — investors, agents, lenders, or adjacent audiences — and understand the buying cycle for this market
• You’ve managed paid campaigns on Facebook and YouTube targeting real estate investors and know which ad formats, hooks, and offers drive trial signups versus which ones attract tire-kickers
• You’ve built content marketing programs around investor education topics — deal analysis, skip tracing, lead generation, pipeline management — and can tie content performance to pipeline and revenue metrics
• You’ve worked with or marketed against tools like PropStream, BatchLeads, REsimpli, InvestorFuse, or Podio and understand how investors evaluate new platforms relative to what they already use
• You’ve designed referral or affiliate programs for a niche SaaS product where community trust matters more than brand awareness
• You understand the REI content ecosystem — BiggerPockets, YouTube investor channels, Facebook REI groups, local REIA chapters — and have run campaigns within these communities
• You’ve optimized a product-led growth funnel where activation metrics (first list pull, first skip trace, first deal added) matter more than traditional marketing-qualified leads
• You can operate across strategy and execution — writing ad copy one day, analyzing cohort data the next, and presenting growth metrics to leadership the day after

• Personal experience as a real estate investor, which provides context for messaging, positioning, and community credibility
• Experience marketing to investors who use VAs, where the product adoption decision involves both the investor (buyer) and the VA team (daily users)
• Familiarity with SEO strategies for proptech and real estate investing keywords, including comparison pages, integration pages, and long-tail content targeting specific investor workflows
• Background in partnership marketing with complementary services — hard money lenders, title companies, coaching programs, or investor education platforms
• Experience with event sponsorship ROI tracking at REI conferences and local meetups, including attribution from booth visits and speaking engagements to trial signups

Compensation

$68,000-$76,000. Remote-friendly.
