Thalos Labs is a venture studio focused on building and supporting technology companies that create long-term value. Our portfolio includes ventures across consumer software, AI, digital infrastructure, and emerging technologies. Current projects include Hanasaku, a relationship and celebration platform, and Ledgora, an AI-first property operations platform.

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Intern who is excited to help build and grow early-stage products from the ground up. This role offers hands-on experience working directly with founders on real growth initiatives that impact user acquisition, engagement, and brand awareness.

Role Overview

As a Growth Marketing Intern, you will help drive awareness and growth across Thalos Labs ventures through content creation, community engagement, social media marketing, SEO research, and growth experimentation.

Success in this role means helping increase brand visibility, identifying new growth opportunities, supporting user acquisition efforts, and contributing measurable results across multiple projects.

This position is ideal for students interested in startups, entrepreneurship, digital marketing, product growth, venture building, and technology.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X, and Reddit
• Research and identify opportunities for organic growth, partnerships, influencer collaborations, and community engagement
• Create and schedule content that aligns with company goals and brand strategy
• Conduct market, competitor, and audience research to identify growth opportunities
• Support SEO initiatives, keyword research, and content optimization efforts
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports on key growth metrics
• Help develop and test growth experiments to improve user acquisition and engagement
• Assist with outreach to creators, communities, organizations, and potential partners
• Monitor industry trends and recommend new marketing opportunities
• Collaborate directly with founders on strategic growth initiatives across multiple ventures

QualificationsRequired

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Interest in startups, entrepreneurship, technology, and marketing
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable learning new tools and platforms quickly
• Creative problem-solving mindset

Preferred

• Experience creating content for social media platforms
• Familiarity with Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools
• Understanding of SEO, content marketing, or digital marketing fundamentals
• Experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, or social media insights
• Previous startup, club leadership, creator, or entrepreneurial experience
• Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, or similar platforms
