POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT

If you enjoy an outdoor, fast-paced work environment his position is for you! The ideal candidate is dependable with a strong work ethic, comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions and takes pride in making things look their best.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Qualifications:

· Must be experienced in performing a variety of skills typical in the building maintenance trade.

· Must be available to work holidays, weekends, and morning or evening shifts.

· Must agree to a criminal background check

· Must have a current state-issued driver’s license

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Maintain grounds – mowing, trimming, irrigating, fertilizing, weeding, and trimming.

· Perform snow removal and ice mitigation in season

· Execute county regulations for burning.

· Execute trash and recycling program.

· Execute event setup and teardown as instructed (tables, chairs, staging, décor)

· Ensure guest-facing areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained.

· Follow safe operating procedures at all times

· Report hazards and maintenance concerns immediately

· Maintain storage areas and functionality of equipment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 – $20.00 per hour
