About The Role
Respondology is seeking a talented Marketing Graphic Designer to take ownership of our visual brand identity across all touchpoints. This role involves crafting compelling visual assets for our website, social media channels, sales collateral, and core brand materials. The ideal candidate is a mid-career designer eager to contribute meaningful, high-visibility work within a fast-paced environment. You will be part of a broader design team that includes product design, with your primary focus on marketing visuals. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining design systems, translating complex product features into engaging visuals, and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
You will work closely with the Marketing and Growth teams, bringing your creative sensibility to the table and actively participating in the development of visual strategies. This hybrid role requires in-person collaboration in Boulder, CO, two days per week. The position offers an exciting opportunity to influence brand perception and work on projects that impact global brands and creators.
