About The Role

Respondology is seeking a talented Marketing Graphic Designer to take ownership of our visual brand identity across all touchpoints. This role involves crafting compelling visual assets for our website, social media channels, sales collateral, and core brand materials. The ideal candidate is a mid-career designer eager to contribute meaningful, high-visibility work within a fast-paced environment. You will be part of a broader design team that includes product design, with your primary focus on marketing visuals. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining design systems, translating complex product features into engaging visuals, and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.

You will work closely with the Marketing and Growth teams, bringing your creative sensibility to the table and actively participating in the development of visual strategies. This hybrid role requires in-person collaboration in Boulder, CO, two days per week. The position offers an exciting opportunity to influence brand perception and work on projects that impact global brands and creators.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in graphic or visual design within a B2B SaaS environment or a dynamic creative agency
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating cohesive brand identities across digital platforms
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Canva
• Experience creating scalable design templates and documenting brand guidelines
• Ability to collaborate effectively in person and communicate design concepts clearly
• Knowledge of social media platforms and designing for organic, paid, and creator ecosystems
• Experience with AI-powered design tools to enhance workflow and productivity
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
• Willingness to work in Boulder, CO, with an average of two days per week in the office

Responsibilities

• Create a wide range of marketing design assets, including website visuals, social media graphics, brand assets, and sales collateral
• Develop and maintain a library of reusable design templates to facilitate rapid content production across teams
• Collaborate with the Product Design team to ensure visual consistency between marketing materials and product UI
• Maintain and evolve Respondology’s brand guidelines as the company grows
• Audit existing marketing materials for alignment with brand standards and identify areas for improvement
• Identify recurring design needs and suggest process or tooling improvements to streamline workflows
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing based on campaign impact and operational needs
• Communicate proactively with stakeholders regarding project status, creative direction, and design rationale
