Role Description

As a Global Marketing Director at ModTruss™, you will lead the development and execution of global marketing strategies to drive brand recognition and market expansion. Responsibilities include creating market plans, overseeing international marketing campaigns, conducting market research, and collaborating with sales teams to drive business growth. You will also be tasked with analyzing market trends, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring alignment between the marketing and sales efforts. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Allenton, WI.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Market Planning and crafting strategies that align with business objectives
• Experience in International Marketing to manage global campaigns across diverse markets
• Strong expertise in conducting Market Research, analyzing trends, and identifying opportunities
• Background in Sales and Marketing to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Solid leadership and communication skills to manage a high-performing marketing team
• Proven ability to develop brand strategies and oversee their implementation globally
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus
• Experience in the construction, modular systems, or manufacturing industries is preferred
• Willingness to work on-site in Allenton, WI
