General Laborer Full Time NEW

We are seeking a hardworking and reliable General Laborer to join our team. In this role, you will assist with site cleanup, landscaping maintenance, and new home finishing tasks across an 850-acre community. No experience required—training provided for motivated candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Stormwater cleanup, including debris removal from retention ponds, swales, and drainage areas after rain events
• Brush cutting, vegetation clearing, and general landscaping maintenance throughout the 850-acre site
• New home punch-list work: completing final touch-ups, minor repairs, cleaning, painting touch-ups, installing hardware, and addressing builder walk-through items before homeowner move-in
• General site cleanup and trash/debris removal from home sites, streets, and common areas
• Assisting with material handling, loading/unloading trucks, and basic setup/teardown of construction barriers or signage
• Supporting other trades as needed (e.g., minor grading, erosion control, or landscaping prep)
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment while following all safety protocols

What We’re Looking For

• Previous general labor or construction experience is preferred but not required – we will train motivated candidates
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions (heat, rain, wind)
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and performing manual tasks for extended periods
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team-player attitude
• Willingness to take direction and learn new tasks quickly
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power equipment is a plus
