Join our dynamic team as a General foreman where you’ll lead and oversee comprehensive Vegetation Management projects. Duties

• Supervise and coordinate line clearance activities, including mowing, tree trimming and removal
• Lead vegetation Management projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely completion and adherence to safety standards
• Manage tree care operations including pruning, removal, and Brush Mitigation.
• Conduct regular inspections of outdoor spaces to identify maintenance needs and implement solutions promptly
• Train and mentor team members in Arbor culture best practices, safety procedures, and customer service excellence
• Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and project progress to ensure seamless operations
• work in Utility programs to assign and complete work.

Experience

• Proven supervising experience in Vegetation Management or related outdoor services roles
• Hands-on experience with tree care machinery
• Knowledge of Arbor Cultural practices
• Leadership skills capable of motivating teams while maintaining high standards of safety and quality
• Familiarity with maintenance procedures for outdoor environments including Utility hardware
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing project demands while managing multiple tasks efficiently
