Fullstack Engineering Apprentice – United States – Texas Full Time NEW

The Full Stack Engineering role is focused on building and shipping production-grade software across the frontend, backend, and the systems in between. You’ll collaborate with product, design, and AI/ML teams to deliver reliable user-facing experiences, robust APIs, and scalable services.

What you’ll work on:

• Building and iterating on web product surfaces (dashboards, internal tooling, customer-facing apps)
• Designing and implementing backend services and APIs (auth, data access, integrations, workflows)
• Working with data pipelines and application data models to support AI-enabled features
• Improving performance, reliability, observability, and developer experience
• Contributing to deployment and release workflows (CI/CD), and operating what you ship

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering fundamentals and ability to ship end-to-end features
• Experience building modern web applications (frontend + backend)
• Comfortable designing APIs, data models, and service boundaries
• Familiarity with cloud/deployment basics, CI/CD, and production operations (monitoring, logging, incident response)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with engineers and non-engineers
• High ownership: you can take a problem from ambiguity to a reliable, tested deliverable
• Bonus: experience with AI-enabled product features, evaluation workflows, or data pipelines
