Job Summary
We are looking for a Full-time maintenance technician for two apartment communities in Benson and Lillington, NC. This person would work 3 days in Benson and 2 days in Lillington each week, total of 40 hours. Must have tools and vehicle. Must work well in a team environment, must be highly motivated, energetic, organized and results oriented. Must have valid driver’s license, pass criminal check, and drug screening. Must be willing to respond to Emergency calls after hours and on weekends.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour
