Full Stack Web Developer II Full Time NEW

We are seeking an experienced Developer Tools Engineer to support strategic developer platforms and DevOps initiatives for a large enterprise environment. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about platform engineering, CI/CD automation, developer enablement, and data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and promote best practices for source code and artifact management
• Mentor development teams on CI/CD, Git workflows, and platform usage
• Build integrations and automations across developer platforms
• Develop analytics dashboards and visualizations to measure DevOps adoption and performance
• Partner with cybersecurity teams to improve application security posture
• Develop reusable templates, onboarding solutions, and developer enablement tools
• Provide advanced platform support and training to engineering teams
• Recommend and implement process improvements for platform management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in software development, DevOps, or platform engineering
• Strong scripting, automation, and CI/CD experience
• Expertise with GitHub Enterprise, Azure DevOps, or GitLab Enterprise
• Experience with jFrog or other artifact management platforms
• Strong Power BI and data analytics/dashboarding skills
• Experience with Azure and AWS cloud environments
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, ARM, Bicep, or CloudFormation
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
