💼 Role Details
Role: Full-Stack Engineer (Part-Time)
Rate: $22/hour
Commitment: 20–25 hrs/week
Experience: 2–4 years
Growth Upside: Strong performers may be considered for long-term or full-time opportunities as Apranova scales.
🎯 What You’ll Work On
You’ll take full ownership of features spanning our web applications, responsive management dashboards, and background microservices. This includes:
Building the 1-to-1 Interactive Experience: Designing, developing, and refining dynamic frontend interfaces where developers interact with real-time laboratory metrics, AI models, personal scoring indexes, and system logs.
Architecting Core Microservices: Writing clean, modular backend APIs to handle user state orchestration, interactive coding session lifecycles, and asynchronous platform hooks.
Ecosystem & Payment Integrations: Building secure hooks into critical payment flows and laying the groundwork for seamless data synchronization across enterprise integration layers.
Powering Talent Dashboards: Developing modern UI components and high-performance data visualizers that transform raw user performance metrics into clear, scannable data profiles for top employers.
Ship Rapidly & Maintain Excellence: Maintaining high code quality, executing precise Git workflows, and optimizing web application performance for latency and responsiveness.

Backend: Python (FastAPI/Django), Node.js (Express/NestJS), REST APIs, GraphQL.
