What you’ll own
- Build and ship full-stack features across Python, FastAPI, React, and Next.js
- Work directly with customers weekly, extracting product signals and translating them into improvements that scale across all clients
- Drive roadmap items from your own customer interactions and product instincts
- Build infrastructure that is extensible and scalable, not just fast
- Contribute to architectural decisions alongside the founding team
- Lead expansion into new product areas in H2
Requirements
- 4–7 years full-stack experience, staff-level thinking
- Python and FastAPI backend, React and Next.js frontend
- Has built products people actually use, not just technically impressive demos
- Systems thinking, ability to reason about how components interact at scale
- High agency, finds and solves problems without being asked
- Comfortable on weekly customer calls and extracting useful signal
- Based in NYC or willing to relocate (relocation assistance available case-by-case)
Nice to have
Zero-to-one startup experience, infrastructure or backend-heavy background, top-tier company signal (Anthropic, Clay, or equivalent), Caltech / MIT / UIUC / Waterloo or equivalent
