ConnectPay is seeking a Software Developer to join our growing IT team. In this role, you will help build, enhance, and support the business-critical applications that power our payroll platform across web, services, mobile, and database layers, using Angular and Microsoft .NET technologies.
This is a strong opportunity for a developer who enjoys solving complex problems, building practical solutions, and continuing to expand their technical skill set including modern AI-assisted development practices. ConnectPay is committed to fair and equitable pay. The expected hiring range for this role is $110,000 – $130,000, depending on factors such as experience, skills, education, location, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, team members are eligible for equity and participation in an annual bonus plan targeted at 7.5%, based on company and individual performance.
