Position: Full Stack Developer

Location: Jersey City, NJ

Work Mode: Onsite (5days a week)

Eligibility: Only US Citizens & Green Card holders

About the Role

We are looking for a strong Sr Full Stack Developer to join the CCB US Wealth Management team. The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience across both backend and frontend development, with flexibility to work in a balanced full stack environment (50/50, 60/40, or 70/30 split).

This role involves building scalable enterprise applications, contributing to cloud-native solutions, and working with modern technologies in a collaborative Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and troubleshoot scalable software solutions
• Build secure, high-quality production code and maintain efficient algorithms
• Develop architecture and design artifacts for complex enterprise applications
• Work closely with cross-functional teams in Agile development environments
• Develop and maintain frontend applications using React
• Build backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot
• Work with AWS cloud services and hybrid cloud platforms
• Implement event-driven solutions using Kafka
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, resiliency, and application security initiatives
• Analyze large datasets and contribute to continuous improvement of applications and systems
• Participate in software engineering best practices and emerging technology initiatives

Must Have

• 5+ years of hands-on Full Stack Development experience
• Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot
• Strong frontend development experience with React
• Experience with AWS cloud services
• Hands-on experience with Kafka/event streaming
• Experience working in Agile/CI-CD environments
• Strong understanding of SDLC, application resiliency, and security practices
• Willingness to work across both frontend and backend technologies
