About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Frontend Engineer to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our B2B SaaS platform. This position is ideal for an engineer who is passionate about creating exceptional user experiences, building scalable frontend architectures, and integrating AI-native workflows into product development. As a key member of our engineering team, you will take ownership of critical areas of our frontend platform, define UI standards, and influence interaction design. Your expertise will help us accelerate product quality and development velocity through AI-assisted tooling, prototyping, and refinement. This role requires a hands-on approach, combining technical proficiency with a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, to deliver polished, production-ready interfaces that meet high standards for accessibility, responsiveness, and performance. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive, customer-centric solutions and mentor other engineers to foster a culture of craftsmanship and innovation.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in building and scaling complex modern web applications and frontend systems
• Deep expertise in frontend architecture, component-based design, state management, and performance optimization
• Proficiency with modern AI engineering and design tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar
• Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles, accessibility standards, and interaction design
• Experience designing scalable UI architectures and maintaining consistency across large products and teams
• Proven ability to write high-quality, maintainable, and responsive frontend code
• Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with engineering, design, and product teams
• Strong problem-solving skills and a systems thinking approach to frontend development
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment
• Experience mentoring junior engineers and fostering a culture of craftsmanship

Responsibilities

• Own and drive major areas of the frontend architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate UI prototyping, debugging, testing, and iteration
• Define and implement UI standards, interaction patterns, and component libraries for consistent user experiences
• Design and develop polished, production-ready interfaces from initial concepts and prototypes
• Write, test, and deploy high-quality frontend code with a focus on responsiveness, accessibility, and performance
• Architect reusable UI components and abstractions to enable rapid and consistent product development
• Collaborate closely with design, product, backend, and data teams to deliver cohesive user workflows
• Utilize customer feedback, analytics, and experimentation to continuously improve usability and interaction quality
• Mentor and guide engineering team members, fostering a culture of excellence, speed, and ownership
• Help shape the integration of AI tools into engineering workflows to enhance productivity and product quality
