This is a counter-service role with full-service standards. We’re looking for team members who care deeply about guest experience, product knowledge, and craft—people who take pride in how something is served, not just what is served.
The Front of House Team Member (“FOH Team Member”) is responsible for executing day-to-day retail operations, delivering a consistently high-quality guest experience, and upholding the Company’s standards for product, service, and environment.
This role is both operational and experiential. FOH Team Members are expected not only to perform tasks, but to contribute to a thoughtful, detail-oriented, and brand-aligned customer experience.
This position reports to the Assistant Store General Manager and/or General Manager.
