About The Role

Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Review and verify loan applications and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy.
- Coordinate with clients, loan officers, underwriters, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information.
- Ensure all loan files comply with federal, state, and company regulations.
- Prepare and submit loan packages for approval in a timely manner.
- Monitor the progress of loan applications and provide updates to relevant parties.
- Resolve any discrepancies or issues that arise during the processing phase.
- Maintain organized records of all loan documentation and correspondence.
- Assist in streamlining the loan processing workflow to improve efficiency.
- Stay informed about changes in lending laws and industry best practices to ensure ongoing compliance.
