Job Details

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join the office full-time.

Key Responsibilities:

First point of contact for clients and visitors
Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Collect, organize and intake client tax documents
Maintain and update client records in the company CRM
Assist with client onboarding
Provide general administrative support to the office team.
Maintain a professional and welcoming environment for clients and colleagues.

Qualifications:

Prior receptionist, administrative or office support experience required
Prior experience in a CPA firm or professional services firm highly preferred
Experience with CRM, document management, or practice management software required
Associates or bachelors degree preferred
Strong customer service experience
High attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
