Join the team at Hampton Inn as a Front Desk/Night Auditor!
This position is responsible for welcoming guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, answering guest questions, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the overnight shift. Additional duties may include balancing daily financial reports, processing payments, maintaining accurate records, and helping create a safe, clean, and comfortable experience for every guest.
Skills/Qualifications:
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle cash/payment transactions accurately
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with hotel reservation systems preferred
Ability to work independently during overnight shifts and manage multiple tasks
Dependable, professional, and punctual with a positive attitude
Previous hospitality, front desk, or customer service experience preferred
High school diploma or GED required
Additional hospitality training is a plus
