Freight Broker / Logistics Sales Executive – Experienced with Book of Business

The Opportunity
We are seeking experienced Freight Brokers / Logistics Sales Executives for 1099 independent contractor roles only who bring an established book of business and are looking for a supportive, high-performance environment to grow their portfolio. Compensation
We offer an aggressive commission-based structure with high splits for top producers. Alternative comp models (including draws or hybrid structures) may be considered for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Account Management
· Maintain and grow an active book of business with existing shippers and carriers.
· Prospect, qualify, and onboard new customers to expand revenue opportunities.
· Build long term relationships through consistent communication, problem solving, and service excellence.
· Negotiate rates and contracts with shippers and carriers to maximize profitability
Operations & Load Management
· Manage the full cradle to grave cycle: quoting, booking, dispatching, tracking, and delivery confirmation.
· Source and secure reliable carrier capacity for customer freight needs.
· Monitor shipments proactively, resolve issues, and provide real time updates to customers.
· Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with company and industry standards.
Financial & Administrative
· Maintain accurate load records, rate confirmations, and billing documentation.
· Track performance metrics and contribute to revenue and margin goals.
Qualifications
· Proven experience as a freight broker or logistics account manager.
· Active, portable book of business with established shipper relationships.
· Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship building skills.
· Ability to multitask in a fast paced, high volume environment.
· Proficiency with TMS platforms, load boards, and standard office software.
· No noncompete

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
