We’re Hiring | Fractional Operations and Supply Chain Consultant

As we continue to grow our direct-to-consumer and wholesale business, we’re seeking a highly organized and strategic Operations & Supply Chain Consultant to help scale our operational infrastructure.

This is an ideal role for someone who has experience supporting emerging beauty, fragrance, or premium consumer brands and enjoys building systems, managing complex projects, and driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage production timelines across fragrance, packaging, and component suppliers
• Monitor inventory levels and develop forecasting recommendations to support growth
• Coordinate with manufacturing, fulfillment, and logistics partners to ensure timely product availability
• Identify operational risks and proactively implement solutions
• Develop and improve supply chain processes, reporting, and documentation
• Lead cross-functional project management for product launches, replenishments, and operational initiatives
• Provide strategic recommendations to improve efficiency, scalability, and margins as the business grows

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, production, or sourcing
• Experience within fragrance, beauty, cosmetics, personal care, luxury goods, or consumer products strongly preferred
• Demonstrated success supporting high-growth or emerging brands
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
• Experience with inventory planning, manufacturing coordination, and vendor management

Engagement Details

• Approximately 20 hours per month
• Flexible schedule
