TrueTime Health is a healthcare-at-home compliance and eligibility platform. We are early stage with strong validation, and I need someone who can own marketing, business development, and operations while also being willing to execute day to day.
What I am looking for:
- Healthcare experience, preferably home health, hospice, or post-acute
- Experience building and executing growth strategy at a startup or small company
- Comfortable running ads, writing content, managing CRM workflows, tracking analytics, and following up on leads
- 20 to 40 hours per week, remote
- Hourly compensation plus equity and sales incentive upside
This is not a strategy-only role. I need a true player-coach who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves from day one. If you have led marketing or growth at a healthcare startup with under 50 people, this was written for you.
