Founding & Mid-Market AEs — VC-Backed SaaS Roles ($200K+ OTE) Full Time

RecruiterForce is partnering with multiple high-growth SaaS, AI, and fintech companies hiring full-cycle Account Executives.

These are not typical AE roles — you’ll step into positions where you:

  • Own the full sales cycle (prospecting → close)
  • Generate pipeline through outbound
  • Work directly with leadership teams
  • Sell into mid-market and enterprise accounts
  • Help shape GTM strategy in early-stage or scaling environments

We’re hiring across several roles with:

  • 💰 OTE: $200K – $300K+
  • 📈 Strong equity packages
  • 🌍 Locations: SF, NYC, Remote (US)

We’re looking for:

  • Proven quota carriers
  • Strong outbound/hunter mindset
  • Experience in SaaS, AI, or fintech
