Founding Head of Sales Full Time NEW

Kadropic Labs is building decentralized AGI infrastructure — deep-tech, serious science.and the trust layer fpr AI in Space.

We’re pre-funding. Moving fast. And we need our **first sales leader.**

Not a rep. Not a manager. A **founder-minded closer** who will build the entire sales engine from the ground up — and lead the team we scale after funding.

**This role is for you if:**
– You’ve sold B2B before — startups, corporates, complex deals, doesn’t matter
– You get excited before the first call, not after the contract is signed
– You don’t need a playbook — you write it
– You want to be part of something from day one, not employee #200
– You want equity in a deep-tech company, not just a paycheck
– comfortable with equity basis currently

**What you’ll own:**
– Full sales cycle — prospecting to close
– Building our B2B sales process from scratch
– Targeting enterprise clients across AI, healthcare, and infrastructure
– Leading and growing the sales team post-funding

**The deal right now:**
– 📍 Remote | U.S.-based
– ⏰ Part-time to start (converts to full-time at funding)
– 💰 Equity + success fees per closed deal
– 🚀 Full salary + benefits package at funding
