About the Company

We’re working with an early-stage AI startup building real-time intelligence software for modern revenue teams. They’re backed by a top-tier venture firm and founders from some of the most well-known consumer and enterprise technology companies. They’re building fast, moving aggressively, and looking for people who want to be part of something defining.

The Role

This is not a traditional SDR or BDR role.

This is a hybrid Chief of Staff / Revenue role working directly alongside the CEO. You’ll be involved in outbound sales, strategy, operations, customer conversations, follow-ups, pipeline generation, and helping drive the company’s go-to-market motion from the ground floor.

You’ll shadow the CEO on calls, help manage deal flow, assist with follow-up content and outreach, and eventually begin owning conversations and running your own pipeline.

You will be the second sales hire at the company and extremely close to the action.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants accelerated growth, significant responsibility, and direct exposure to building a high-growth AI company.

If you want a comfortable 9–5, this is not the role. If you want to grow quickly, learn directly from experienced operators, and help build a category-defining company from the inside, we’d love to talk.

What You’ll Do

• Work directly with the CEO on sales, pipeline generation, and GTM execution
• Identify and engage prospective customers through phone, email, LinkedIn, video outreach, and creative outbound strategies
• Help manage and support active deal flow
• Shadow customer and investor conversations
• Create follow-up materials and outbound messaging
• Generate qualified meetings and sales opportunities
• Research accounts and develop strategic outreach plans
• Maintain CRM hygiene and pipeline tracking
• Collaborate across sales, product, and leadership
• Gradually take ownership of customer conversations and your own revenue pipeline

Who We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, recruiting, or another highly competitive/customer-facing role
• Proven track record of exceeding expectations, outperforming peers, or beating quota
• High urgency, high ownership, and strong work ethic
• Competitive, resourceful, and resilient personality
• Strong communicator with the ability to build trust quickly
• Genuine interest in AI, startups, and sales technology
• Someone who wants to be in the arena, not watch from the sidelines
• Willingness to relocate to San Francisco by August and work onsite full-time
