We are seeking a Chief Growth Officer to transform those opportunities into a repeatable, scalable growth engine.
This is not a traditional executive role.
This is not a sales management role.

This is a company-building role.
THE MISSION
Build our first four strategic partners into a $500,000 ARR revenue engine within six months.
The partners are identified.
The relationships are established.
The conversations are active.
Your responsibility is to activate, onboard, enable, and scale those partnerships into measurable recurring revenue.

• Activating and launching the first four strategic partners
• Driving partner adoption and utilization
• Converting pilot engagements into recurring revenue
• Creating repeatable onboarding and enablement processes
• Establishing partner success frameworks
• Building a scalable partner growth engine
• Delivering $500,000 ARR within six months
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
Partner Growth
• Lead activation of strategic partner agreements
• Manage onboarding and enablement
• Drive partner adoption and engagement
• Create expansion opportunities within partner networks
• Establish partner success metrics and accountability
Revenue Creation
• Convert pilots into recurring revenue
• Build partner-generated pipeline
• Drive partner-sourced opportunities
• Create forecasting and growth visibility
• Establish predictable partner revenue motions
Operational Scale
• Build repeatable partner operating systems
• Create reporting and KPI frameworks
• Develop communication and execution cadences
• Identify bottlenecks and remove friction
• Create the foundation for future growth hires

COMPENSATION
Phase One
Equity only.
No salary.
No bonus.
This role is designed for someone who believes they can create substantially more value than they can negotiate in cash compensation today.
Phase Two
Triggered upon:
• Completion of a funding round OR
• Achievement of $500,000 ARR
Compensation converts to:
• Executive base salary
• Performance-based bonus
• Ongoing equity participation
