The role
You won’t be supporting the CEO. You’ll be the extension of their brain.

You’ll own enterprise deployments end to end. First call to full rollout. The clients are institutions most people only read about. The conversations are with C-suite executives who don’t suffer fools and don’t give second chances.
You’ll build the board decks that unlock eight-figure decisions. You’ll coordinate across engineering, product, and commercial teams when the stakes are existential, and everyone’s watching.
What you learn in the field doesn’t sit in a report. It shapes the product. You won’t just execute strategy.
You’ll be the reason it changes.
What you’ll actually do
The most strategic commercial work in the company lands on your desk. Enterprise deployments at major financial institutions. You’re the face of the company to people who write cheques with a lot of zeros.
You build the business cases. You present them at board level. You translate complex AI into language that makes CFOs lean forward and CTOs stop interrupting. And when something breaks at 11pm before a major go-live, you’re the one who fixes it.
Who this is for
You’ve been the best person in the room your entire career. Not one of the best. The best.
You’ve done 3 to 8 years at a top-tier firm. Consulting. Banking. Private equity. High-growth tech. You didn’t just survive. You stood out. You have the stories and the scars to prove it.
You’re a killer operator. Not because you say it on LinkedIn. Because when the pressure is highest, you’re calmest. You take ownership before anyone asks you to. You get things done without being told once.
You’re an outstanding communicator. You can walk into a boardroom full of skeptics and walk out with a yes. You can earn the trust of engineers who’ve seen a hundred “businesspeople” waste their time. You do both in the same day without breaking stride.
You have a bias for action that makes other people uncomfortable. You don’t wait for perfect information. You move. You course correct. You never lose momentum.

Additional notes
To be considered, you MUST have the following:
A minimum of 3 years top-tier Consulting experience, investment banking, private equity or a fast-growing tech firm.
You must have a STEM or related degree from a top-tier University.
You must have done this kind of work before.
Compensation
$200,000 – $300,000 Basic + Significant Equity + Benefits
