Cogello was incorporated in July 2025. The name Cogello comes from “cognition” + “hello,” a simple idea: make cognitive data accessible from the first interaction.
About the Role
As the Founder’s Associate (Growth), you’ll be a growth force multiplier. This is a 0 → 1 role. You’ll be working directly with the founder to figure out what works and create product demand.
Location: Remote / Hybrid (optional)
Commitment: Flexible
Duration: Ongoing
Compensation: Performance-based (tied to outcomes)
Start Date: Rolling
You’ll receive a percentage of revenue tied to outcomes you help generate (e.g., pilot commitments).
What You’ll Do
- Attract decision-makers (school leaders, researchers, partners) to Cogello
- Convert interest into letters of intent and paid pilots
- Support and refine outbound messaging and positioning
- Design simple systems for outreach and follow-up
- Execute a weekly growth project
