Essential Job functions

• Buff, strip, and wax floors as needed.
• Operate power equipment in a safe and appropriate manner.
• Participate in customer relations with appropriate, professional behavior and attire.
• Perform other related duties as requested by the supervisor.
• Seek out areas that require cleaning and take initiative to complete the task.
• Cleanse and disinfect floors
• Cleanse and disinfect bathrooms and sink areas
• Dust residents’ rooms: furniture, pictures, TV, light fixtures, etc.
• Spot wash walls in resident rooms
• Polish furniture.
• Wash beds
• Clean mirrors
• Re-supply required items, such as toilet paper, liners in trash containers, paper towels, and soap.
• Clean and disinfect trash containers, rest rooms and showers in facility.
• Clean all offices and day rooms in facility.
• Clean inside windows in resident rooms and other areas in facility
• Clean entrance to facility.
• Keep the housekeeping cart clean and supplied.
• Generally maintain safe conditions for residents, visitors, self and fellow employees.
• Be courteous to residents, visitors and other staff.
• Maintain confidentiality of all resident care information and assure resident’s rights and privacy are protected at all time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $17.00 per hour
