Role Description

CryptoDeposit.Org is seeking a Fixed Income Sales Director to lead efforts in driving client acquisition, expanding business partnerships, and managing key customer relationships. The Sales Director will engage with institutional clients, oversee sales operations, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to business growth by identifying new opportunities and developing tailored solutions. Team management and strategic planning to meet sales targets will be integral to this role.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Operations, with the ability to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
• Strong skills in Customer Service, with a focus on building trust and maintaining long-term client relationships.
• Experience in Team Management, including leading and mentoring sales teams to success.
• Demonstrated skills in Business Development, with a track record of identifying opportunities and forming strategic partnerships.
• Possesses exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders, including institutional clients and regulatory bodies.
• Familiarity with financial products, particularly fixed income markets and digital assets, is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
• Understanding of compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements, especially in the financial and DeFi sectors.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment with a focus on results and collaboration.
