Woerner Farms is looking for a full time Firefly Operator to join our Team! Great pay and benefits offered. This position is full-time and is located at our Bronson Farm in Bronson, Florida.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities
- Harvest sales grass
- Maintain Firefly through regular checking of fuel, oil, water, filters, blades, belts, etc.
- Blow off Firefly before you leave each field
- Ground and Shop maintenance
- Mowing
- Netting
- Planting
- Sweeping Thatch
- Land preparation
- Stop spraying
- Bush hogging
- Running irrigation fuel
- Pivot maintenance
- Rebuilding pallets
Requirements/Qualifications
- Knowledge of the function of machinery
- Computer Literate
- Mechanical abilities
- Good communication skills
- Ability to think ahead
- Multitasking ability
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Mechanical knowledge & heavy farm equipment experience
- 1 to 2 Years’ Experience
