What You’ll Do:

• Connect with individuals and families (virtually or in person)• Educate clients on basic financial concepts (protection, budgeting, long-term planning)• Follow up with prospects and maintain communication• Track activity and manage your workflow• Participate in team trainings and development sessions

Compensation:

• Commission-based position (no base salary)• Expected earnings: $2,400 – $3,500 per month (based on part-time activity)• Bonus and advancement opportunities available

Requirements:

• Self-motivated and coachable• Strong communication skills• Willingness to learn and follow a system• Ability to work independently• Must be 18+ and able to pass a background check (if required for licensing)

• Minimum 10 hours per week• Flexible scheduling
