Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our team in the United States. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, forecasting business performance, and supporting strategic decision-making. This role requires strong quantitative skills, business acumen, and the ability to communicate financial insights clearly to management.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Develop financial models, forecasts, and budgets
- Support business planning and strategic initiatives
- Conduct variance analysis and provide recommendations for improvement
- Monitor key financial metrics and KPIs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including accounting, operations, and management
- Assist with investment analysis, pricing strategies, and cost optimization
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Present financial findings and recommendations to stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or related roles
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
- Experience with ERP systems and financial software is a plus
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- CPA, CFA, or MBA is a plus
Preferred Skills
- Data analysis and visualization skills (Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools)
- Understanding of U.S. financial regulations and reporting standards
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to interpret complex financial information and provide actionable insights
