Compensation & Benefits

What You’ll Do

• Manage and optimize daily schedules for service technicians
• Dispatch technicians and adjust schedules in real-time as jobs progress
• Coordinate return visits and follow-ups with customers
• Maintain accurate customer records and job details
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding scheduling and timelines
• Support technicians with parts coordination, job updates, and basic quoting
• Assist with ordering parts, tracking POs, and staging materials
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in scheduling, dispatching, customer service, or similar role
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize
• Problem-solver who can adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and web-based systems
• Experience with scheduling/dispatch software is a plus
• Basic geographic knowledge or ability to efficiently route schedules
