Fence Installer Foreman Full Time NEW

Cape Cod Fence Co. in Canton is looking for a Foreman to join the team at our high-volume fence company.

The right candidate for Foreman will have experience in landscaping, fencing, or carpentry. It’s a great chance to primarily work outside in a different location every day! The ideal candidate should also have experience in managing crews.

Foreman Responsibilities:

• Strong understanding of construction methods and material usage.
• Excellent communication skills with workers, clients, subcontractors.
• Willingness to learn, train, supervise and direct other crew members.
• Willingness to accept change and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
• Knows quality work.
• Fence experience preferred; construction background a plus
• Responsible for leading a project from its inception to execution with very little oversight and direction from upper management. This includes planning, job execution, managing crew, resources, and complete understanding of the scope of the project.
• Must be efficient, organized, courteous, and reliable. The foreman is responsible for completing jobs efficiently and on time, management of materials and equipment, ensuring crew safety, ensuring that customers are satisfied, and positively promoting the company image and its ultimate goals.
