Fence Yard Helper — Portable Sanitation

A “Day in the Life”:
The Fence Helper is responsible for assisting with the setup, maintenance, and removal of temporary fencing at construction sites, events, and other locations. This role requires physical labor, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in loading and unloading fencing materials and equipment.
Help with the installation, repair, and removal of temporary fencing.
Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained and ready for use.
Perform site cleanups and inspections to ensure safety compliance.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Provide excellent customer service and address client needs on-site.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Prior experience in construction, fencing, or related work is a plus but not required—training provided!
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly.
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
Must be able to pass a Background Check, Drug Test, DOT Physical. This is a safety sensitive position.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.

Full-time, year-round work with OT opportunities
Weekly Starting pay: $20.00 a hour
Schedule: 6:30am start time; Monday-Friday (some weekends)
