Your Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality in-shop detailing jobs with professionalism and attention to detail
• Arrive on time and ready to work every day
• Communicate clearly with clients before and after each job to ensure satisfaction
• Deliver exceptional results based on the service package and add-ons selected
• Build lasting relationships with customers and represent the Crox Detailing brand with pride

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional window tint or PPF experience
• Must be able to complete full vehicle window tints and/or ppf installs
• Experience with ceramic coating, paint correction, or detailing is a plus
• Reliable personal transportation (car, van, or truck)
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Comfortable using a smartphone for scheduling and communication
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and desire to grow with the company
• You aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty and you love making customers happy
• Comfortable interacting with and upselling customers
• You are expected to be punctual and communicative with customers
• Most importantly, you work hard with a positive attitude and love being around cars

Job Type

Full-Time, Part-Time, or Contract

Pay: $4,000 – $10,000 per month (flat rate pay, upsells, $10-$15 bonuses for positive reviews, 100% of tips)
