Experienced Rock Driller Full Time

Experienced Rock Driller Wanted – Boise, ID Area

We are seeking an experienced Rock Driller to join our drilling crew in the Boise, Idaho area. This position involves production drilling of blast holes using self-contained hydraulic track drills on active job sites.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of blast hole drilling experience required
• Experience operating self-contained hydraulic track drills is a must
• Ability to perform production drilling safely and efficiently
• Follow all company policies and safety regulations
• Work effectively as part of a drilling crew
• Dependable, motivated, and production-oriented
• Valid driver’s license required, pass a background check and drug test
• Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather and site conditions

Schedule

• Work schedule may be up to 7 days per week
• 8–12+ hour shifts
• Overtime opportunities available

Compensation & Benefits

• Prevailing wages at $33.74/hr plus fringe benefits
• Medical, dental, and vision insurance at no cost to the employee after 60 days
• Paid vacation after one year of employment
• Paid hotel/housing available for qualified applicants relocating or commuting from outside the Boise area
