Experienced Paver Screed Operator/Luteman Full Time NEW

All County Paving is currently seeking an asphalt screed operator to begin work with our company for this asphalt construction busy season. This is a Full-Time position, which is seasonal (12 months of the year) and weather dependent. A successful applicant will be able to work outside on an asphalt crew, will be able to lift moderately heavy loads and handle a shovel/lute/various tools as required. The applicant will need to be experienced running the back of an asphalt paver, with preferred experience on a LeeBoy, CAT, or BOMAG paver. Must be able to utilize the electronics available on these machines, as well as have the ability to Lute as needed. Ability to grow into larger positions available with experience.

Qualifications:

• Ability to operate the back of an Asphalt Paver, specifically a LeeBoy, BomAG and or CAT
• Must have the ability to Lute as needed on various projects
• Ability to commute to Delray Beach, Florida, Fort Pierce or Port St Lucie daily for work
• Ability to lift heavy loads (50+ pounds)
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
• Willingness to Listen and adapt to new company initiatives, be a team player
• Must possess a valid Florida Drivers License, be authorized to work in the US and can pass a drug screen

Preferred:

• Machine operation experience (including skid steer, roller, paver, etc)
• A CDL A and or B license is a bonus
