Role Description The Executive Liaison is a part-time, remote position that provides strategic and administrative support to PBHI’s executive leadership. This role coordinates executive schedules, prepares briefings, drafts correspondence, and supports meeting preparation and follow-up with internal and external partners. The Executive Liaison will manage communication between leadership and stakeholders, ensuring timely responses, clear documentation, and effective information flow. Daily tasks include organizing virtual meetings and events, maintaining contact and partnership databases, tracking action items, and supporting the execution of key initiatives across programs. The role also involves preparing presentations and reports, supporting partnership outreach, and maintaining high standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and cultural sensitivity in all interactions.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and writing skills, including the ability to draft clear emails, briefs, and presentations tailored to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in administrative and organizational skills, such as calendar management, meeting coordination, note-taking, and action-item tracking.
• Experience in stakeholder and relationship management, including liaising with senior leaders, partners, and cross-functional teams.
• Comfort with digital tools and remote collaboration platforms (e.g., email, video conferencing, shared drives, project management tools).
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a remote and fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to public health, social impact, or related fields; experience in African or Global South contexts is an advantage.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and cultural humility when handling sensitive information and engaging with diverse stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in public health, international development, business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
