Heavy Equipment Operator & Site Lead
Location: Philipsburg, MT
Pay: Starts at $40/hour + summer raise opportunities.
The Job: Looking for an experienced, reliable lead operator to run excavators, dozers, and loaders. You will lead daily site work, coordinate with drivers, and manage earthmoving projects. Surface mining experience is a major plus.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of heavy equipment experience.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage site logistics.
- MSHA certification is a plus (will train the right person).
- Reliable, safety-first attitude for long summer hours.
CDL Drivers (Class A or B)
Location: Philipsburg, MT
Pay: Top-tier regional pay (scaled directly to your experience).
The Job: Seeking dependable CDL drivers to haul rock, dirt, and aggregates. You will operate dump trucks or heavy-haul trailers between pits, mine sites, and local projects.
Requirements:
- Valid Class A or B CDL with a clean driving record.
- Experience hauling in mountain terrain or active work zones.
- Must pass a DOT physical and drug screening.
- Punctual and team-oriented.
Pay: $30.00 – $45.00 per hour
